Overview
Toast is a lightweight, responsive notification system built to deliver clean, modern user feedback in enterprise applications, interactive simulations, and developer utilities adopting the Unity UI Toolkit.
Integration is completely hands-free. Call Toast.Show("Alert Message") from any script, and the system dynamically handles panel spawning, layout alignment, and lifecycle management without manual scene setup.
Highly Customizable & Professional Layouts Styled entirely through standard USS (Unity Style Sheets), Toast is designed to integrate seamlessly into administrative panels, industrial simulators, or developer dashboards. You can easily match the system to your corporate style guide by overriding exposed CSS variables or assigning custom Theme Style Sheets at runtime.
Includes three professional design presets (Obsidian Dark, Emerald Light, and Crimson Neon) ready for instant implementation.
Requirements & Compatibility:
- Minimum Unity Version: Unity 2022.3 LTS, or Unity 6 (or higher).
- Graphics Render Pipelines: 100% compatible out-of-the-box with Universal Render Pipeline (URP), High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP), and the Standard Built-in Render Pipeline.
- Package Dependencies: None. The asset utilizes Unity's native UI Toolkit (UnityEngine.UIElements) built directly into the engine. No external registry packages or third-party libraries are required.
- Input Systems: Compatible with both the legacy Input Manager and the New Input System.
