WHAT IS REFLECTIVE PROJECTION?
A tool that provides the ability to make reflected lasers that bounce of surfaces. With an additional feature: Object Ricochet, you can make a game object follow the path of the projection simulating a ricochet effect.
You can use this as a puzzle mechanic, having the projection reflect certain surfaces or simply a laser that shouldn't be touched (damages the player). Sky is the limit! Get creative.
This tool uses an algorithm that utilizes the line-renderer component to perfectly simulate reflective projections that reflect off of surfaces and layers.

RENDERING PIPELINES
This asset supports all rendering pipelines (built-in, URP & HDRP). You only need to change the projection material to that of the rendering pipeline.

- Set maximum amount of allowed reflections.

- Maximum distance of traveling projections.
- Set your "reflective" layers.
- Assign your custom material/shader to make the projections suit your style.
- Detect when projection hits a gameobject.

PACKAGE
This package comes with a prefab with it's default material and textures as well as a documentation and 3 demos to show you the ropes in different functionalities. The demos are built-in rendering pipeline only.
