Overview

The basic concept is that these characters can be portrayed as twin brothers, with one being a solar cultist and the other a lunar cultist. A huge list of animations means that they can fight unarmed, use two-handed swords and magic. Alternatively, you can use simple models for the rank-and-file cultists and use the model with a mask/shoulder/weapon specifically for their leader.
