Reference Doctor finds and fixes missing scripts and dead references across your project.

Broken references creep into every project — deleted scripts leave "Missing (Mono Script)" components behind, and deleted assets leave dangling references that clutter your scenes. Reference Doctor gives you a clean two-step workflow: Diagnose scans your open scenes, all build scenes, or every prefab in the project, and lists each problem with the exact GameObject, component, and property — click to ping. Treat then repairs them: batch-remove missing scripts and reset dead references to clean nulls, always with a dry-run preview and confirmation before anything touches disk. Export a markdown report of findings for your team or your commit message.
