This tool is able to convert a CUBE file to a 3D or 2D texture.
For the URP Volume Profile Color Lookup Texture
Make sure you match the size in your URP post-processing settings.
Choose to generate the 2d texture.
Plug directly your CUBE file to the Color Lookup Texture.
